IDEC Corporation is pleased to announce two new additions to the PS5R series of switching power supplies, the 75-watt PS5R-Q24 and the 120-watt PS5R-F24 models.

In response to customer feedback, we designed these new power supplies to take up less space when mounted on DIN-rail. They are taller and slimmer than earlier models (see photo for comparison). The 75-watt model has a 3.1A rating, and the 120-watt model has a 5A rating.

Like the 240-watt PS5R-G, the PS5R-F and PS5R-Q models have built-in harmonic filters, and universal AC inputs so no jumpers are required.

All PS5R series power supplies feature the same sleek design, spring-up fingersafe screw terminals and international approvals. They are also UL508-listed, eliminating the need for derating, which can save both space and money.
