Once you have completed shopping by adding all part numbers and quantities to your shopping cart, click the “Check Out” button. There are two checkout paths. Path 1 is for customers checking out with items in the Shopping Cart or Items in the Shopping Cart and RFQ Cart. Path 2 is for customers checking out with items in the RFQ cart only. Note: Look for text in red explaining anything that needs to be corrected in your cart. These items need to be corrected before you can proceed with your check out. When an item is placed into the shopping cart or RFQ you will be directed to the shopping cart page. Here you will find a listing of those part numbers along with the following options:
Checkout Path 1 (Shopping Cart / or Both Shopping Cart and RFQ Cart)

Step 2 (Ship To and Shipping Method)
Please enter your Shipping Address (Where you would like your purchase items to be shipped to) in the first form. We have provided an option to use your Company Bill to Information for you shipping address, or you can enter a different shipping address in the form provided. You must also enter you desired Shipping Method. UPS Ground is our default shipping method; please use the pull down menu to select our other methods of shipping. If you would like us to ship using your own account number please provide that account number in the field provided.
Note: You DO NOT have to have a RSI Web Account to place an order. You can checkout as a Guest. Although there are many advantages of becoming a RSI Web Account user, such as quicker checkout, order history and tracking, and Relay Specialties updates.

Select your payment method. Relay Specialties accepts Visa, Master Card, and American Express.
If you have pre-established net billing with us, then users can select a purchase order as your payment method. If you are unsure if you have net billing terms, please contact our customer service department. (Add email address or phone # here for customer service department) Otherwise, your order may be rejected
Click "Continue" for move forward to step 4.
If you need to apply a reference number to this order there is a space provided.

Order Status: There are 4 Order Status
Below the status bar the user will see the shipping status / information of their order. The date the order was placed and an estimated ship date will be provided (if available). When the order has shipped, the ship date will replace the estimated ship date and the carrier and subsequent tracking numbers will be provided.
