If you know the part number, enter it and click Search. You must enter at least 3 digits of your part number in sequence to search by part number . The page will then reload, giving the user several options to narrow the search results down further. Search results can be narrowed by selecting a specific manufacturer or by selecting the listed product categories until you locate the product(s) that you are looking for.
The product search page is the first page a user will receive when a part number search has been performed. This page will display all the part numbers that contain the entered search criteria entered, along with a brief description / PDF datasheets / Available stock / and Pricing. The user then has several options to begin narrowing their search further:
The product details page is the end page of the product search. Here the user will find the most comprehensive information on a specific part number. A product image along with datasheets / catalog pages / and drawings (if available) are provided on this page. More information about the specific part number can be found by clicking on the 3 tabs at the Bottom:
There are 2 options to begin your search by Product Category. The first option is to click on the “Products” button on our navigation bar at the top of the page. This will take you to our All Products Page where you can begin your search, and narrow your search results by selecting specific manufacturers or by selecting product categories until you locate the products you are looking for. The second option is to use the 9 categories displayed in the products section of our navigation bar on the right side of the page. When a General Category is chosen, you will be taken to a page listing all Categories that are available under that General Category. Please read below for page by page options and function:
The All Product Page is the starting point to initiate a Category Search. This page is the beginning of the Relay Specialties Parametric Search. Here you will find a Listing of the 10 General Categories, and all of the Product Categories which fall under those 10 General Categories. You have several options to begin narrowing your search.
The General Category Page is the same as the All Products Page above except it narrows the information displayed down to just the selected General Category. You have two options to continue narrowing your search:
The Category Page displays a listing of Part Numbers that have been filtered by the previous selections of General Category and then Category. This page also displays a list of Sub Categorys which can aid in filtering your results even further / more specific. You have two options to continue narrowing your search:
The Parametric Search Page is the last level of product filtering. This page will display a list of part numbers that have been filtered by previous selections of General Category / Product Category / and Sub Category. On this page there is the option to purchase an item with pricing as shown or to request a quote for an item which is not yet priced online. You can also select a single part number which will direct you to the Product Details page where you can receive a more in-depth description of the selected part number.
Product searches can be specific by manufacturer. This is done by selecting a manufacturer from the “Limit Product To” pull down menu and then pressing the search button. The results on the page will then be limited to the selected Manufacturer. All subsequent pages along the search will then be limited to that manufacturer selected. To Undo your selection and take you back to the complete listing, please select (All Manufacturers) from the “Limit Product To” pull down menu and press the search button.
On any page where the compare button appears, you will be able to select up to 5 part numbers to compare attributes "side by side". Select up to five boxes at the left of the part number table, then click the "Compare" button, which is located above and below the part number table. When clicked, you will be taken to a page that displays the selected part numbers "side by side", which match up product details and attributes.

Once you have completed shopping by adding all part numbers and quantities to your shopping cart, click the “Check Out” button. There are two checkout paths. Path 1 is for customers checking out with items in the Shopping Cart or Items in the Shopping Cart and RFQ Cart. Path 2 is for customers checking out with items in the RFQ cart only. Note: Look for text in red explaining anything that needs to be corrected in your cart. These items need to be corrected before you can proceed with your check out. If you are a returning “RSI Web Account” holder you can just enter your login and skip the first 2 steps of the checkout process. If you are a new customer or would like to become and RSI Web Account holder then you can fill in the form “Log-in as Guest (Bill to Information) on the right and at the end of the checkout process you will be prompted for a password to set up an Account.

Please enter your Shipping Address (Where you would like your purchase items to be shipped to) in the first form. We have provided an option to use your Company Bill to Information for you shipping address, or you can enter a different shipping address in the form provided. You must also enter you desired Shipping Method. UPS Ground is our default shipping method; please use the pull down menu to select our other methods of shipping. If you would like us to ship using your own account number please provide that account number in the field provided.

If you have pre-established net billing with us, then users can select a purchase order as your payment method. If you are unsure if you have net billing terms, please contact our customer service department. (Add email address or phone # here for customer service department) Otherwise, your order may be rejected
Next, please entering your Credit Card billing Information (This is the address which your credit card bill is sent to). We have provided an option to use your previous entered address Information for you credit card billing address, or you can enter a different credit card billing address in the form provided.
Once you place your order you will be directed to a page titled: Your Oder has been received. This is your receipt. You may click the “Print Receipt” button to print a copy for your records. If you are a new customer we have provided an option to create an RSI Account so that you can follow the status of your order and expedite the checkout process on future orders. All that is required is for you to create and verify a password. Your email address which you have used to checkout will automatically be used as your user name. When you have chosen and verified your password please just click the submit button and your RSI Web Account will be set up. We at Relay Specialties, Inc. Thank you for your order!
Relay Specialties now offers the ability for a user to create a RSI Web Account in order to track open orders, view order history, or communicate with RSI. This Log In / Create a RSI Web Account page serves as an entrance to this system.
In order to create an RSI Web Account, Relay Specialties requires a little information from the user. Please fill out the required fields that are indicated by the (red *) and then Click “Submit”. You will receive a message advising that your registration was successful. If any required fields were not completed, a message will pop up advising which blocks need to be completed to process your registration.
Please save your User Name (Email address) and password for future reference. You will receive an e-mail confirming your account; however, it will not include your password for security purposes. If you ever forget your password or user name, you can request it by clicking on the link called "Forgot Your Password? Click Here" on the RSI Web Account Login page.
In the case that you have forgotten you password please visit the password retrieval page and enter you email address in the field provided. When you click “Submit” and email will be automatically sent to you with your password.
A user can modify their account settings by selecting the proper address on the left and then clicking  button on the top right of the blue title bar. This is open the edit form allowing the user to change their account information. Please Note: If you change your email address that will be your new email address to log into your user account. Also all Order confirmations and Correspondences are sent to the new email address provided.
A user can view all current order and past orders by navigating to the Order Status page. Here the user will find a complete listing of all current and past orders along with their current status. If more complete details of an order are required the user can click the “More Info” link which will open the individual order providing the user with the following information:
Below the status bar the user will see the shipping status / information of their order. The date the order was placed and an estimated ship date will be provided (if available). When the order has shipped, the ship date will replace the estimated ship date and the carrier and subsequent tracking numbers will be provided.
