A unique product from Tyco Electronics, the DIP-FIX link/switch
is a highly simplified dual-in-line switch for use as a low-cost alternative to solder links or switches. The ON/OFF or
changeover switches are ideally suited to programming and updating electronic modules and assemblies, or any application
that previously used jumper leads.
A highly flexible, low-cost, easy-to-implement solution, DIP-FIX switch enables assemblers to detach single or multiple
switches from the multi-section in-line switch with a knife.
Key specifications include a 10mV to 60V voltage rating, maximum power rating of 5W, maximum current rating of 0.5A,
low contact resistance, mechanical and electrical service life with resistive load of 50 switching cycles and ambient
