| Tyco Electronics introduces a new high power version of the Micro ISO Relay: the Micro High Current Relay (Micro HC). This product is designed for automotive relay junction boxes and is intended to replace traditional Mini relays in many applications. The Micro HC Relay offers space savings of 50% compared to traditional mini relays thus contributing in overall system cost savings. The Micro HC Relay features a continuous current rating of 30 A at 85°C ambient temperature. Smaller coil terminals provides a keying function preventing a standard Micro ISO relay from being plugged into a high current micro application circuit. The Micro HC Relay is suitable for applications across all carlines and its terminal footprint complies with the ISO standard for micro relays. | ||

| AZ762F Series 20 A SPST Miniature Power Relay with Quick Connects | ||

Aliso Viejo, California - American Zettler Inc. has just announced a new extra high temperature version of their AZ762 relay. The new relay, designated AZ762F, is rated by UL for 20 A, 277 VAC, 100k cycles. The AZ762F SPST relay features quick connects for the load connection so there is no need for heavy copper traces on the PCB. The Quick Connects are available either vertically or horizontally oriented. With isolation of 10 mm and a dielectric strength of 5000 Vrms, this relay is perfect for many HVAC and white goods applications where high ambient temperatures (up to 125°C) might pose a problem for other relays. The AZ762F is RoHS compliant and has full UL / CUR/ VDE approvals.
