Email addresses may be used to communicate information of interest to you about Relay Specialties. This includes Order Shipment/Tracking Information, Obsolete Part(s) Bulletins, Service Change Information and/or other Relay Specialties promotional emails.

Relay Specialties is under contract to provide point of sale information to many of its product suppliers for market research and payment of commission to the supplier's agents. Point of sale information is important for the enforcement of all expressed product warranties.

 

If you have an open account with Relay Specialties, credit and payment history may periodically be shared with inquiring credit reporting agencies.

 

Customer information is also used for marketing and market research for Relay Specialties Inc. Relay Specialties or an authorized agent working for Relay Specialties may complete these activities. All customer information is kept confidential.

 

Relay Specialties will share customer information with government agencies if requested and required by law.
