Minneapolis, Minnesota – CIT RELAY & SWITCH introduces the J114FL Series high capacity, high circuit insulation relay. The J114FL is available with SPST N.O., SPDT, DPST N.O. and DPDT contact arrangements with contact ratings to 16A @ 250VAC / 30VDC and 8A @ 250VAC / 30VDC. This low profile relay measures in at 29.0 x 12.6 x 15.7mm. This fully sealed relay is immersion cleanable with flux tight construction. The J114FL Series relay is UL/CUL recognized and RoHS compliant featuring cadmium-free contacts ensuring environment-friendly use. This relay offers high isolation, low 400mW coil power consumption and F class insulation.

The J114FL has a maximum switching power of 480W, 4000VA; a maximum switching voltage of 440VAC, 125VDC; and a switching current of 16A. Electrical life at the rated load is 100k cycles and mechanical life is typically 10M cycles. With insulation resistance of 1000MO minimum at 500VDC, the J114FL offers coil-tocontact dielectric strength of 5000V rms minimum at sea level and contact-to-contact dielectric strength of 1000V rms minimum at seal level. Shock resistance is 500m/s2 for 11 minutes and vibration resistance is 1.5mm double amplitude 10~40Hz. The copper alloy terminal strength is 5N.
