Cherry has received UL approval for a 20Amp version of the GP series snap-action switch. With its small movement differential, the GP series already has significant performance advantages in precision applications. In addition to its 20A 125VAC/250VAC rating, the new version also carries 1HP 125VAC and 2HP 250VAC ratings. Applications requiring the precision of a GP series include foot switches, pressure switches, timers, temperature switches, and brake/clutch pedal switches. Typically designated with the prefix GPTB****, the new 20Amp switch is available from Cherry distributiors, including Allied Electronics.
