Trumeter today announced the acquisition of the business of Redington Counters, a Connecticut, USA based designer and manufacturer of measurement devices.
"This acquisition is a perfect combination of two long standing businesses" said Fred Hickey, President of Trumeter USA. "Redington's products are well known for their high quality and innovative design, and we are excited about being able to offer a larger number of customers a broader combined range of electronic, electromechanical and mechanical devices" continued Mr Hickey, who went on to say "Redington has been particularly successful in the development of their elapsed time meters and I expect that Trumeter's customers in Europe and Asia will be excited by the opportunity to access Redington products through their Trumeter sales team."
